Shipping, Returns & Cancelation (Product Page)

Free shipping for all orders. Your custom art is carefully crafted and shipped within 7-10 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 days, so you can expect to receive your artwork within 2 weeks from the time you place your order.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, your order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
Replacements-Only Policy. If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a free replacement. Since each piece is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding!

• Every giclée print is crafted to order using premium, museum-grade materials.
Each piece is produced with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring rich texture, accurate color, and long-term archival quality. All prints arrive ready to hang.

• Printed on premium archival canvas
Each artwork is produced using museum-grade materials selected for their exceptional quality, durability, and aesthetic character. We use two types of professional-grade archival canvas:

Hahnemühle Cézanne Canvas - 100% pure cotton, 430 gsm, acid- and lignin-free, OBA-free, with a natural white matte finish. Designed for long-term archival performance and superior detail reproduction.

Breathing Color Lyve Matte Canvas - 35% cotton / 65% polyester blend, 400 gsm, OBA-free, water-resistant, and certified for 100+ years of archival stability. Ideal for vivid color and deep contrast.

All canvas used in our studio is compatible with pigment-based inks and rigorously selected for its texture, weight, and archival integrity.

• Printed with a 12-color pigment ink system
Utilizing Canon imagePROGRAF PRO Series printers paired with the LUCIA PRO II Ink System (including Chroma Optimizer), this advanced setup delivers an expanded color gamut, deeper blacks, smooth gloss consistency, and improved abrasion resistance. Tests and Canon’s own data show prints can resist light fading for up to 200 years under proper conditions - making them true museum-quality, archival reproductions.

• Framing
Handpicked frames, sourced from top-tier manufacturers around the world. For custom orders, we offer a wide selection of frame styles, profiles, and finishes to suit any interior.

• Custom Options
Custom print sizes and framing available upon request to accommodate unique spaces and design needs.

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Every artwork from Giclée Makers comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated by our studio. This document includes the artwork’s title, artist name, original creation date, print size, medium, and reproduction method. It verifies that the print is an authentic giclée reproduction, produced using museum-grade materials and the latest printing technology.

Each piece is created with the express permission of the artist, who receives a commission for every print sold.

All artwork is exclusive to Giclée Makers and cannot be found elsewhere in the USA. We regularly update our collection with new releases, so check back often to grow your personal gallery.
