Shipping Policy

At Giclée Makers, every print is made to order in our Scottsdale, Arizona studio. This policy explains how we produce, ship and deliver your artwork.

Production Time

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Production takes 7-10 business days after your order is placed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). Online checkout is available for these addresses.

Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders

We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii and internationally with a custom shipping quote. Please contact us at arron@gicleemakers.com with the artwork, size and delivery address, and we will reply with shipping options and costs. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 3-5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 10-15 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier operations and holiday seasons. During the holidays, we recommend ordering early.

Packaging

Each print is wrapped in protective layers and shipped in reinforced, custom-fitted packaging designed for oversized artwork, so it arrives in perfect, ready-to-hang condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery on the carrier's website.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at arron@gicleemakers.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will replace it free of charge.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will always do our best to help.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us right away.
