In 2020, he received permission to incorporate Shustrov's dolls and their fragments into his work, resulting in a series of paintings that intertwine the sculptor's distinctive motifs with Kairaitis' own artistic vision. His paintings combine bold textures, soft lines, and intuitive color, creating works that are both visually striking and emotionally resonant.
