1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Each piece is handcrafted to order. Production takes 7-10 business days, plus 3-5 business days for shipping.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous U.S. (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). Alaska, Hawaii and international orders ship with a custom quote.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your artwork arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.

4. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, your artwork enters production and can no longer be canceled.

5. Do you offer custom sizes or framing options?

Yes, we offer custom sizes plus floating and classic frames on request. Reach out at arron@gicleemakers.com.

6. What materials do you use for prints?

We print with archival pigment inks on Breathing Color Lyve, an OBA-free museum-grade canvas made in the USA, then hand-coat each piece with a protective matte finish. Discover the giclée process

7. How are the prints packaged?

Each print is wrapped in protective layers and shipped in reinforced, custom-fitted packaging designed for oversized artwork - so it arrives at your door in perfect, ready-to-hang condition.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations ship with a custom quote. Please contact us with the artwork, size and delivery address. Customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Will the colors match the original artwork?

Yes - our prints are color-matched by professional art photographers to faithfully replicate the original piece. Colors may look slightly different on your screen.

10. What if my print arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging, and we will send a free replacement right away.

11. What does "limited edition" mean?

Each artwork is produced in a limited number of prints for every size. Once an edition sells out, that size is no longer available - making every piece you own truly special. You can see how many prints remain on each product page.

12. Do prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every print is numbered and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming that it is an official, artist-approved reproduction.

13. Are the prints ready to hang?

Yes. Each canvas is gallery-wrapped on 1.5″ kiln-dried wood bars with mirrored edges and arrives with hanging hardware included - no frame needed.

14. Can I see how a print will look in my space?

Yes! Use the "Preview in Your Space" button on any product page to visualize the artwork on your wall before you buy.

15. Do the artists benefit from my purchase?

Absolutely. Every print is reproduced with the artist's permission, and each artist receives a commission from every sale.
