1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After this time, your order enters production, and we are unable to cancel or refund it.

2. Replacements-Only Policy
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a free replacement.
- Reporting Damage: Please contact us at arron@gicleemakers.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your replacement promptly.
- Handcrafted Nature: As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse.
- Incorrect dimensions or colors chosen by the customer.
- Variations in frame color due to lighting or the handmade nature of the frames.
4. Exceptions
If there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, incorrect print, or shipping issue), we will correct the issue by offering a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
