Refunds & Return Policy
Every Giclée Makers print is handcrafted to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We stand behind the quality of our work, and if anything arrives damaged, we will make it right.
24-Hour Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, your artwork enters production and the order can no longer be canceled.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, size or color preferences. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person, as every device displays color differently.
Free Replacements for Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement:
- Email arron@gicleemakers.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.
- Keep the artwork and packaging until your claim is resolved.
