Gicleemakers.com is operated by Giclee Makers LLC, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. We create museum-grade giclée reproductions of original artwork on canvas.

2. Use of the Website

  • All information you provide during purchase is accurate and up to date.
  • You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. Products

  • All products are made to order and handcrafted. Slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
  • Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Production and Shipping

  • Production takes 7-10 business days after your order is placed.
  • Delivery takes an additional 3-5 business days after shipping.
  • We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other secure payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Cancellations and Replacements

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

All content on gicleemakers.com, including images, text, logos and designs, is the property of Giclee Makers LLC or the respective artists. Reproduction, distribution or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Giclee Makers LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, or for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
