In Dancing Queen, Migle Kosinskaite transforms motion into metaphor - a portrait of freedom caught between shadow and self. A woman with flame-colored hair raises her arms mid-gesture, suspended between rhythm and restraint. Behind her, a vivid blue silhouette echoes her form, yet transforms into the shape of an animal - part spirit, part alter ego. The composition is bold in its contrasts: blocks of rose, ochre, and slate gray collide with the electric cobalt of the shadow, igniting the surface with energy. Migle Kosinskaite

Migle Kosinskaite is a celebrated artist currently based in Kaunas, Lithuania. A graduate of the Painting Department at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, she has been a member of the Lithuanian Artists’ Association since 2001.

Migle's work has been showcased in personal exhibitions across Lithuania and internationally, including the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Ukraine, and Sweden.
