Migle Kosinskaite’s Hegzameter invites the viewer into a rhythm that is felt more than heard. Instead of verse, the artist composes with sculptural forms that coil and interlace like living lines of poetry. These soft, tubular shapes fold into one another with a quiet inevitability, creating a visual cadence that draws the eye through loops, bends, and pauses. The palette - muted greens, stony greys, and one luminous pulse of yellow - becomes a language of its own, subtle yet deliberate.

The work holds a tension between density and openness. Each segment seems inflated with breath, as though animated by an internal logic that resists unraveling. Some curves tighten, others slacken, forming a structure that is neither chaotic nor entirely controlled. Kosinskaite achieves a tactile softness that contradicts the firmness of the composition, a contrast that makes the piece feel at once intimate and monumental. Light slips gently across the surfaces, revealing smoothness and weight, and giving each ‘line’ a voice within the larger harmony.

In its essence, Hegzameter reflects on the nature of order - how meaning is woven from repetition, variation, and return. Like a poem measured by breath, the artwork reminds us that structure does not cage expression but steadies it. Through these looping forms, Kosinskaite suggests that life itself may follow a kind of verse, shaped by patterns we sense long before we understand.
