Tree of Life III by Gintaras Tadauskas glows with warmth and vitality, an ode to the human spirit’s radiance. The tree’s rounded crown, infused with coral, rose, and ember tones, feels alive with internal light. Each stippled point of color becomes a heartbeat, creating a luminous aura that transcends form. The composition is both elemental and cosmic - the tree as a symbol of life’s enduring flame, rooted in earth yet reaching toward eternity.

Here, Tadauskas’s pointillist precision achieves a near-spiritual softness. The light seems to emanate from within, dissolving boundaries between matter and energy. Beneath the vibrancy lies serenity - a silent reverence for the beauty of existence, for the quiet courage of being. The painting radiates presence, as if the air itself holds the hum of creation.

When viewed alongside Tree of Life IV, Tree of Life III completes a symphony of contrast and unity. One breathes in twilight blues, the other in dawn’s gentle fire. Together, they speak to the cyclical nature of renewal and decay, of silence and song. Through these twin visions, Gintaras Tadauskas captures the eternal truth that every ending glows with the seed of beginning - and that life, in all its shades, is one continuous light.

Meet the artist

Gintaras Tadauskas

Gintaras Tadauskas creates art that captivates not only with its unique technique but also with the profound values embedded in each painting. Drawing inspiration from the Bible, Tadauskas expresses his soul through themes of transformation and the beauty of life. From the strong roots of trees with sunlit birds perched at their tops to the magical journey of a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, his work celebrates life’s fleeting yet eternal wonders. “Trees, butterflies, and birds guide us forward into something eternal—beyond the limits of our life journey,” he says.

Tadauskas’ work is crafted using one of the oldest artistic techniques: mineral tempera, a method that dates back to the creation of timeless icons. Minerals are extracted from stone and mixed with egg yolks to create colors that remain vibrant and unchanged for centuries. This technique, paired with the rich, vivid, and sometimes mysterious hues of his art, gives Tadauskas’ paintings a radiant glow that draws viewers in, inviting them to pause and reflect on the deeper beauty of life.
