Andrius Miezis’s Human Music transforms the act of thought and emotion into a surreal anatomy of sound. A figure, cloaked in dark, hair-like texture, stands with its head replaced by a hollow cube - a chamber of golden orbs and blooming lilies. From one side, small spheres drift outward like whispered notes or escaping ideas, while from the chest, a tiny bird stands before a microphone, poised to sing.

The composition hums with quiet symbolism. The flowers suggest intellect or creation sprouting from within, while the bird - a universal emblem of voice and freedom - becomes the literal source of “human music.” Miezis bridges the physical and the metaphysical, showing how beauty and chaos, reason and emotion, coexist inside the same body.

In Human Music, Miezis captures the strange harmony between thought and sound - how what we hear, speak, or imagine might all be echoes of the same inner rhythm, endlessly looping through mind and matter.
