Andrius Miezis’s Soul Tree I transforms the human form into a surreal hybrid of nature and imagination - a tree with human feet rooted in the ground, its branches blooming with luminous and peculiar fruit. Each hanging object - bulb, pod, droplet, and vessel - seems to pulse with its own inner energy, part biological, part artificial.

The earthy tones of the bark and feet ground the image, while the vibrant, floating forms shimmer with dreamlike color. Light sources glow from within, as if each fruit contains a separate consciousness or emotion. The composition feels at once mystical and playful, suggesting that identity, like nature, is a collection of evolving forms rather than a fixed being.
