Fierce II continues Migle Kosinskaite’s meditation on embodiment and transformation. The figure, again viewed from behind, carries markings that seem to grow from the skin itself - part fur, part shadow, part memory. The interplay of light and brown tonal warmth suggests something deeply organic, as if the human form is returning to its animal origins.
This second work in the series carries a quieter rhythm, a contemplative stillness that feels almost sacred. Kosinskaite balances empathy and detachment, revealing the paradox of identity: to be both fragile and indomitable.
In Fierce II, the painter shifts from observation to invocation. The body becomes a landscape of experience - its surface a living archive that connects it intimately to Fierce I, III, and IV, where evolution continues through texture and tone.
