Triptic B by Rasa Kazlauskiene unfolds like a quiet meditation on balance - an exploration of weight and air, of presence and disappearance. The painting’s restrained palette of greys and whites is punctuated by sparks of amber, suggesting both erosion and illumination. Through this interplay of tones, Kazlauskiene captures the essence of a moment suspended in time - a horizon between stillness and movement, fragility and endurance.

The surface of the work is rich with layered gestures - scraped textures, fleeting marks, and veiled transparencies. Each detail feels like a trace of thought, as if emotion itself had etched its memory into the canvas. The composition rises and recedes in soft rhythms, echoing the cycles of breath or the undulations of landscape. This rhythm gives the abstraction a sense of familiarity, grounding its ethereal presence in something almost tangible.

In Triptic B, Rasa Kazlauskiene continues the poetic dialogue initiated in Triptic A and carried into Triptic C. Together, these three works form a visual trilogy of introspection - a progression from ignition to stillness, from energy to quiet reflection. Each painting speaks its own emotional language, yet when experienced as a whole, they merge into a meditative continuum of color, light, and timeless inner movement.

Her spontaneous process — layering soft grays, deep blues, and luminous yellows — reveals both movement and stillness, reflection and revelation.

Her paintings have been exhibited in Vilnius and now reside in private collections and contemporary interiors, celebrating the timeless truth that it is never too late to create, to feel, and to begin again.
